The beauty of Alaska is truly breathtaking! As my husband and I were on a train from Anchorage to Denali, I couldn't just enjoy sitting and looking out the window like everyone else. The photographer in me demanded that I stand out on a little platform at the back of the train in the rather cool wind taking thousands of shots of this incredible beauty. I remember often wondering during the long trip whether I would even have any images worth keeping, but I knew I had to try. I love this one paired with a favorite scripture from Psalm 61. When we are completely overwhelmed with the cares of life, we must look toward God who is our almighty rock and constant help in time of trouble!
