Mingus Mill All Dressed Up, Vertical metal print by Marcy Wielfaert. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Artist's Description
Just inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on the North Carolina side, Mingus Mill sits back a ways from the main road down a partially hidden driveway. It's worth looking for because once there, you are instantly transported to a different time period, and you can't help but gain some historical perspective as you tour the mill and grounds. The retired grist mill is especially beautiful in fall as the surrounding woods are all dressed up in the vibrant colors of the season. This image was taken the first week-end of November, and I was happy to see that my timing was perfect!
