Shore Keeper metal print by Marcy Wielfaert. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Artist's Description
I know that probably most photographers out there don't bother with seagulls, especially if they've already taken hundreds of such images. Not sure what it is about them that never fails to attract me, but I love to take photos of gulls whenever I see them busily going about their gull business on just about every shore location. This adult herring gull was sitting on the rocks in a perfect profile pose at the Cape of Good Hope at the southernmost tip of the continent of Africa. It was blustery and cool with crashing waves typical of this locations where the warm Indian Ocean meets the colder Atlantic, but it had no bearing on this shore keeper!

Simply put, I LOVE TO TAKE PICTURES. I found this love later in life than many do, after raising my family and enjoying a career in education, both as a teacher and school administrator. Currently, much of my time revolves around travel and photography, and when I'm not traveling and taking pictures, I'm thinking about traveling and taking pictures!
