Description
Walking across the Westminster Bridge in London, I was rewarded with a great view of the London Eye and County Hall. This image was taken on a cold January day about mid morning, and I loved the London wintry sky as a backdrop for the image. We had just ridden the Eye and were excited about crossing the bridge taking us to the famous Parliament Square located just across the Thames.
