A Prince Edward Island farmer delighted everyone in the area as well as many island tourists when he decided to plant a field right by the road with sunflowers. It was impossible to drive by all of this cheerful color without smiling! I really enjoyed takings several photographs at the location, including this close up where I decided to make the closest flower clearly stand out as the leader of the sunflower band!
Simply put, I LOVE TO TAKE PICTURES. I found this love later in life than many do, after raising my family and enjoying a career in education, both as a teacher and school administrator. Currently, much of my time revolves around travel and photography, and when I'm not traveling and taking pictures, I'm thinking about traveling and taking pictures!
