Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

As you move into the higher elevations of the Alaskan wilderness, glacial lakes and rivers are frequently seen and easily recognized by their distinctive pure aqua blue color. This color is caused by the rocks underneath the surface of the glacier grinding from the movement of the glacier. This grinding forms silt, sometimes called rock flour, that is very light weight and therefore stays suspended in water for a long time. As the sun reflects off this silt, it makes the water a unique blue green.
Simply put, I LOVE TO TAKE PICTURES. I found this love later in life than many do, after raising my family and enjoying a career in education, both as a teacher and school administrator. Currently, much of my time revolves around travel and photography, and when I'm not traveling and taking pictures, I'm thinking about traveling and taking pictures! The Tennessee valley is my home, so I am surrounded by some of the most scenic areas of the United States with the added bonus of plentiful wildlife and birds...literally paradise for a photographer!
