Blessed with an absolutely perfect day to tour the iconic town of Assisi, Italy, It was everything we had anticipated, and then some. In keeping with St. Francis living a simple life , the Basilica in Assisi is much more simply built than so many others that we have seen in other parts of Italy and Europe. I loved this view directly in front with the amazing sky in the background. My husband and I are hoping to return someday soon.
