Description
There are plenty of more dynamic waterfalls in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park than the one depicted in this image near the end of Tremont Road. I had passed by this little trickle many times before deciding to stop one day and take a photo. Somehow it just had never seemed worth the time because it is so small and insignificant compared to many others that tumble down the cliffs and mountains with great force. On this day in late Fall, I was pleasantly surprised with the results of my efforts as I looked at this image with the curvy, wispy water moving relatively slowly down the side of the mountain against the backdrop of fallen leaves and forest ground cover. It's not any less than its more boisterous counterparts, just different!
