Description
Blue is, and always has been, my favorite color. I don't see too many farms with blue barns and out buildings, all nicely coordinated looking like they belong in a stylish farm magazine. But such was the case driving through the countryside of Prince Edward Island on a beautiful overcast day in mid September. My husband and I were actually headed to Summerside to buy some groceries, but there's always time to stop when a blue barn is spotted. I really liked the vertical version of this image, although I took many horizontals also, because it had such great depth of field and included the layers of grasses, flowers, and lovely green fields between where I stood and the farm.
