Out for a day of adventure with my twelve year old granddaughter, we decided to explore our neighboring state of Georgia looking for good photo opportunities. The best thing about the day was just spending time with Sadie, but we did end up getting a few images that pleased us, and this was one of those. As we stopped at this barn in a very rural area in the northern part of the state, each saddle overhang and the central part of the barn was crammed full of cattle looking for a little shade on a hot summer day. All we could see was heads taking up every available space in these three areas. Hoping to get the cows inside, I jumped out of the car and grabbed my camera to get the shot, but before I could even get one shot, they literally bolted out the back of the barn and took off! Definitely a camera shy bunch of cows!
