Description
Opened in May of 1906 in the Piccadilly district of London, The Ritz Hotel, is known for its posh accommodations and prestigious status, having hosted world wide members of the "rich and famous" community for many years. Primarily of the Franco-American style architecture with additional influences of both English and Parisian styling, the historic landmark is an impressive edifice. The interior is primarily decorated in the Louis XIV style of opulence and The Palm Court, one of the most famous parts of the establishment, is the site for "Tea at the Ritz," a must for many visitors of London. I have enhanced my original photograph with a digital antique application that I think fits the style of the image.
