Description
As the most famous landmark of the Greek Isle of Poros, the shining white clock tower set high upon a rocky hill is easily visible as you arrive by boat. The island of Poros is actually a pair of islands, located in southern Saronic Gulf, joined together by a bridge. Small in size at only 12 square miles, the island has a resort feel and is frequented by Athenians as a week-end retreat. The charming shops and cafes line the main streets and are easily accessible by tourists coming to the island by ferry several times a day.
