A favorite scripture verse from Psalm 103 is paired with the exquisitely beautiful bloom of the mountain laurel bushes that grow wild in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Every June, these natural beauties light up the woods, many times found along the banks of streams and creeks. When the light shafts coming through the heavy canopy of trees overhead and shine right on the cluster of blooms, these little jewels are at their very best.
