Description
I'll never forget the first time I stood and looked at the Grand Canyon, located in the southwestern region of the United States in the state of Arizona. Although I had seen many pictures and knew it would be magnificent, it took my breath away like nothing else I've ever seen. My first thoughts were of God and how thankful I was to get to view this amazing wonder of the natural world. This image was taken from the Desert View overlook close to the time of sunset.
