Description
Although I will never be a big fan of winter, I must admit winter photography has some nice opportunities. It doesn't always get cold enough for waterfalls and streams to freeze in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, but last year was extra cold. I did enjoy getting over to the park and seeing all of the moving water frozen in place.

Yes, Bill. The Cove is now closed until March because the tunnel needed extensive repair.
