Description

"The Majestic" is a charming Victorian bed and breakfast in Leadville, Colorado where my husband and I spent a cozy winter night recently. This image was taken in the common area parlor as the morning sun streamed in and lit up the beautiful stained glass window. The chintz curtains, chandelier, and red curved top of the divan all add to the ambiance of this welcoming setting. Warm colors, soft textures, and great light compel you to grab a book off the nearby shelf and sit for a while drinking tea and reading before heading outside where the snow is piled high and the temperatures are plummeting!
