Description
There is no shortage of charming, maritime-style cottages on Prince Edward Island, Canada's smallest province. My husband and I happened by this one at the perfect time to catch the evening golden hour light on a long day in late summer. We had set out to photograph another location, but as we passed this charming cottage by the sea, it was irresistible with its red trim and shingled exterior. The view of the sea and distant Confederation Bridge didn't hurt either! While lingering here a bit taking photos, we also enjoyed a fox playing in the field and several birds happily singing their evening song along the old fence stretching out from the cottage down to the ocean. The time here still beings back pleasant memories and certainly no regrets for stopping by the seaside cottage and adjusting our previous plans!
