Description
Those lazy, hazy days of summertime don't get any better than in the small communities of Tennessee. Tellico Plains, a sleepy community located along the Tellico River near the Cherohala Skyway in east Tennessee, is a great place to get away and enjoy the bounty that nature has to offer. There are many adventures that can be pursured or you can choose to do nothing but sit on the deck of your cottage and enjoy the scenery. My husband and I live about an hour from this spot and recently drove through this area on our way home after a summer day trip. It was so beautiful along the river that we stopped to take a few photos and just enjoy the idyllic setting on a lazy summer day.
