On a recent trip to Alaska, my husband and I took the train from Anchorage to Denali, and it was one of our favorite days on the entire journey. The scenery was unbelievably beautiful, the dining car served amazing gourmet meals, and our fellow travelers were delightful companions. If we're ever able to return to our largest state, we will definitely do this again!.. This image was taken out the back of the train as we traveled through a remote wilderness area fairly close to our Denali destination.
