Description

Troyes Cathedral is the crown jewel of Troyes, France. Staying in Troyes for about ten days in an apartment just one block from the Cathedral, I had ample opportunity to visit often and each time discovered something else about this amazing landmark. The Gothic interior is phenomenal with its endless repeating arches. In the back corner of the main area, this alcove provided a quiet spot to light a candle and say a prayer. I couldn't resist taking a picture of this little private space that spoke so loudly of serenity and peace.
